Plumbing Call Guide is a free referral website run by DC Solutions Group Ltd (England and Wales). We publish general information about plumbing and connect callers, through a pay-per-call network, with independent local businesses. We do not provide plumbing services, employ plumbers or hold any plumbing licence.

2. Businesses you are connected with

Businesses that take calls are independent of us. Any quote, contract, payment, warranty or dispute is between you and that business. We do not endorse, vet or guarantee any business, and we are not responsible for its work, prices, licensing, insurance or conduct. Check a business's licence and insurance before you hire it; each city page links to the state lookup.

3. Information on this site

Content is general information only. Cost figures are published averages with sources, not quotes. Local conditions and prices change. Do not rely on the site instead of advice from a qualified professional.

4. Emergencies

If you smell gas, see fire, or anyone is at risk, leave the building and call 911 and your gas utility first. This site is not an emergency service.

5. How we are paid

We receive a fee from the call network for qualifying calls. Calling is free to you. See our disclosure.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or make calls that are fraudulent, abusive or not a genuine request for service.
